i always touch just a small sugar leaf if i am trying to get a nice smell, i would assume that is why your squeezing your buds, but like i said if you HAVE TO TOUCH dont touch any or the bud, and pick the furthest leaf away , i am not suggesting to even do this but i do like to get a nice smell...

yes i have seen plants do well in low light during veg, but there is no way she will support herself through flowering, if so every stoner in america would have plants all around the house lol...save up get you a ballast and light best 150-200 bucks you will spend if you have the right genentics...
