Home Depot carries them seasonally, you can order online from them. Usually local growshops have or can order them for you also.

If possible try to get a magnifying glass to check out the trichomes to see if they're done. Very hard to tell without that if they are in fact ready. Just a suggestion though, I got a cheapy from RadioShack, just cut off a tiny bit of a leaf with it and check it out on a table. Damn near...
