no a mushroom is great becuz if your payin attention in biology class that mushroom is a decomposer that breaks down the nute into simple nutes that can be used by the plant i would jus leave it alone

i would recommend you to flush for about 1-2 weeks and den steadily add the dosage becuz it look like serious nute burns and remove the foil it causes alot of unnecessary heat

i have the same thing too i have a 400 hps but if you want to jus keep the light around 1.5-2ft from the plant and have a fan blowing constantly at the light really helps to keep the temp down
