You dont need to worry about PH with an organic soil, the soil will buffer it for you. You're just adding ph up and down solution unnecessarily to your soil.

Isn't the humidity higher in the summer? And plants flower in the fall outdoors, usually starting around august I think. So why would you want to simulate summer in flowering?
