i think there's a way to use a bucket of water and a rag to raise the RH without mist which would kill your HID. i'll post back here if i figure it out.

yeah i fucked my plants up early too, still not sure how i fixed it though, and i'd like to know what not to do in the future. so what were you doing wrong that caused the stunting? looks like you caught it in time though, so i'm betting if those are female, you'll get a decent yield from them.

Here's an update finally, and some long overdue pics. it's day 35 for the new batch, the nice and healthy one is still looking great and has grown a LOT. it's now about 6" tall and 7" wide and one of the smaller ones that i figured wouldn't do much growing, has actually grown to near the size...

Looks good, i have a plant that started to smell during veg when it was 2 weeks in, the big one from my first batch of seedlings. it really only smells if you get real close to it or touch the leaves though. Good luck with the males/females hustla.

Thanks hustla. yeah i noticed that and thought the same. i think it's nute burn, but it's not that bad, and doesn't seem to be getting worse. so i'll keep an eye on it, but i'm not going to stress over it. it's probably a good sign actually, it means the plant is taking up nutrients and stuff...

The big seedling grew a lot overnight. i'm really glad it's doing so well, it's a nice change from what i've been seeing the last month and a half. As you can see, the new leaves are now as big as the first set of leaves, and still growing. it's looking really nice so far.

well it either means your soil is already soaked and its just pushing out water that was in there already, or it could mean that the soil is so dry that the water just goes past most of it, or it could just have really good drainage.
