Is there any possibility your water is too cold? Low temps can bring out purple sometimes, but I've never seen it like that under the leaf-it does look cool. I'm assuming it's DWC by the pics so someone else might have to chime in with some better advice.

I second that they don't look that bad. If they are growing ok, just keep an eye on new growth, seedlings/young plants sometimes show some weird stuff like that and grow out of it. What is the medium, water source, and what is your feeding schedule like?

I hate to say it, but your plants look hungry, even in that medium. The NPK values you listed are SUPER minimal, and I see deficiencies, not burn. You should UP the feed on one of your plants and STOP feeding the other and report back on which worked out.
