    How fast have you been?

Agreed. Straights on a sportbike are ok, but for any length of time, especially on my 1098, it's downright painful. Luckily, here in Cali, we've got some of the best twisties in the world. You should come out here, and I'll take you for a tour. :leaf:

    How fast have you been?

I've hit 180 twice. Once on my tweaked out CBR1000RR, and after I spent even more money on my 1098, hit it again. Both times, on Hwy 4, California. I rarely attempt those speeds anymore though, and head for the twisties instead. tnrtinr, whattup!

RO water, this stuff is the shit!

RO water is indeed awesome to work with. It makes the job of determining what the plants are truly feeding on a whole lot simpler. The problem I have with many of the RO systems out there is that some of them have runoff ratios of 6 to 1. That means, for every gallon of RO water you get, 6 is...

Just changed res water, plants drooping.

IMO, certain strains will "droop" at one point or another during the photoperiod, particularly the sativa dominant strains. I have a couple of strains that do that about 8 hours into their 12 hour flowering cycle. Personally, I think it's nothing more than stem/shoot growth happening rapidly...

    GH nutes question

GH doesn't recommend using Diamond Nectar towards the end for some reason, and neither do any of the other nutrient companies like Advanced Nutrients or House Garden. From the research I've done on fulvic/humic acids, they aid the plant in breaking down the elements in the nutrient solution into...

3 weeks into flower hairs on buds turning brown is this normal

Ha, I knew it. Lay off the B-1. The reason I asked is because I spiked the nutrient solution with it right before it happened to me, but there were other factors too. Now that I know you are/were using it, it leads me to believe that has something to do with it. I'd advise using it only...

Is it bad for the plants to have the sulfur burner always on?

Powdery mildew. Burning sulfur is easy, but I opted for alternative solutions the closer it got to harvest because I didn't want it in the buds/smoke in the end. I found that Serenade worked extremely well, but for a large garden, may be very time consuming and tedious, hard work. IMO, in the...

Is it bad for the plants to have the sulfur burner always on?

I thought we talked about this before. No? One of my other buddies who grows hates crush time around here for that sole reason. Says it's a bitch to deal with this time of year, although, for the moment things on my end are doing very well. I had a hard time with powdery mildew the last cycle...

Pistil TIPS browning at 3 weeks flowering?

Everything turned out fine. It wasn't pollenation. The Black Kush strain definitely showed more signs of stress than any of the others regarding the pistil tips browning early, but it all worked out. Since then, I've changed my setup around a little, got more airflow in and out of the room...

3 weeks into flower hairs on buds turning brown is this normal

https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/216361-pistil-tips-browning-3-weeks.html I wondered the same thing. Have you done a sulfur burn recently? Lights/temps above normal? My black kush went through the same thing, but turned out fine- just didn't put out like the other two...

Without it, would the wineries and vineyards during crushtime be making things difficult for you?

Is it bad for the plants to have the sulfur burner always on?

The sulfur gas lands on the leaves of the plant and the surrounding material. The lights will cook the leaves and they will definitely die off or suffer severe stress. NIGHTIME ONLY!!! Also, the closer you get to harvest, the more you'll need to find alternatives to using sulfur. Since it...

Is it bad for the plants to have the sulfur burner always on?

Yes! You'd better not be running that with the lights on, or you're going to kill your plants!! Only use it periodically. Some say you can use it every night if you want, but if your situation is that bad in the first place, you need to rethink how to setup your growroom IMO.

    Conservatives and Ideas

I've got an idea, how about we keep the country free, strong, capitalistic, and the beacon of freedom our forefathers blessed us with and died over! If you're of the "collective" or "borg-like" mentality, and feel that individual freedoms are secondary to the "social good" you're nothing but a...

How to avoid mold in caribbean oudoor grow ?

Not sure as to the best method of avoidance, but I will say this, the best method of dealing with it once discovered I've used so far has been using Serenade. I also used sulphur burners too, but that never stamped it out entirely.
