why not just get a wind mill that gives of 12v,,,and if the wind stops? just get a 115v big fan to blow on the wind mill,,it wood be very green??:peace:

just get a chep moterbike battery charger, get one that about 6amp 12v it will never burn out, and thay are only about £5, thats in the uk?,:peace:
