They're not 100% safe either way as they have another chemical in it the cough & COLD part that can have some pretty nasty reactions at high doses On that note I've taken up to 20. I'd start out at 8 or 10 if youre completely set on doing it

Honestly as non ideal as it sounds the bleach appears to be working. Roots already whiter and the couple black spots seem to be deteriorating

Yeah.. I was kind thinking it was just from the nutes. The GH micro makes the water red as hell but the above posts kinda freaked me out. And to anwser your question because I dont have the money for anything else.

Alright so far ive covered the hydroton with foil and added 8 drops of bleach per gallon to my res. Hopefully this helps a bit :/ Atleast tilll i get the cash for the tea
