You COULD grow at those temps but youll have alot of heat stress problems I'd imagine.

That's way to hot to be stabled out at. Thats the thing with HID lighting, if you cant manage the temps you need to go lower. Stick with the 400w, when it gets colder you can throw in the extra 400
