That sounds like a good recipe, but I pay considerably less for my soil. Although, I am not 100% organic. It costs me 30 dollars for my nutrients and that lasts me at least 2 cycles. For 8 plants in 5 gallon pots it took a little over 2 bags of FFOF forest soil at 14$ a piece. so thats 35...

As long as you pay it, well at least where i live(California), you dont get hassled. Try to space it out though, instead of running 4 1000 watt lights at the same time split em apart. Honestly though, just pay it, dont be a suspicious neighbor, keep your house clean, grass cut, and go bonkers
