can anyone using t5 h0s give me some advice, im running in a gl 60 tent with 4 ready grow cubes sitting on a 2x2 tray with a 8 lamp t5 h0 fixture. how far above the top canopy should the light be, if i leave it anything under like 2 feet it drys the medium out quick and even being 2 feet above...

damn i put pantyhose on the end of the duct i ran out the wall to prevent bugs and i stil got little white bugs crawling around in there and there was a fuckin cricket in there tonight =/ gotta figure out how to prevent bugs from getting in, and any ideas on how to get rid of the present ones?

im using the 2x2 foot tray im gonna use for ebb and flow but im just hand watering them for now

if i keep my lights any lower then like 2 feet they dry out fast, im running an 8 lamp t5 h0 setup in a gl 60 venting with a 4" 170cfm fan at the top of the tent pulling out the wall with 2" passive intake at the bottom of the tent

i bought a thermometer/hydrometer so i can measure the temperature at the top of the canopy, what would an ideal tempature be under t5 h0s its sittin around 85 right now

alright so how much should i water them, the guy at the hydro store says soak the ready grow cubes and just make sure they arent sitting in water and ill be alright, and i raised the lamp last night and it stayed a lot moister. thanks for the good info

Yes I do i cut a hole in the wall and ran 4 inch duct out to an ouside dryer vent pulling air out of the tent with a 170 cfm inline fan and have a passive intake of 2"

Alright i got a little fan blowing on the lamps and i tried it from 6 " but in 5 or 6 hours the soaking ready grow cube would be bone dry the new seedlings havnt sprouted yet so should i keep it like a foot off or bring it down to 6" and water them more and definitely, shit happens!
