RO water is the only way to go, my tap water is hard also 500 ppm's. And it might be suspicious getting water there everyday so i would get a good amount in 5 gallon jugs the less people that see you get water the better.

Where are you getting this idea to use H202?? You do not need to use H202 unless you are getting root rot.

only have 1 survivor now, my 2 others i had in rockwool didnt sprout my fault i germed them in to cold enviro. But i got more seeds using my free seeds i will just add them to my lrak47. stop by the grow and check out the update.

So i decided to a rez change got the ph around 5.5 ppm's in the 40's with the ph down used, also got some rockwool conditioner and soaking them now for the new seeds i am germinating 5 g13 power skunk and 5 afghan/mazar these are the free seeds i recieved so hopefully some will crack got them...

Just a writen update, ill get some pics up tommorrow. So my 2 other seeds that were in rockwool didnt sprout, problem was i didnt soak the rockwool cubes properly or germ them temps were too cold, this time and my 1 seed i have been waiting for 2 weeks for the thing to crack and it never did so...

good thing is there still growing, using a gallon jug of frozen water i can keep res temps around 70 also added a fan blowing in the tent. My 1 lone seedling is growing slowly myself :cry:

You go with a good tent like secretjardin and you wont have any light leaks, but if you can use the whole attic space and section it off veg/flower/clone room the more space the better.

Update, Humidity levels have been around 20% bought a cool mist humidifier at home depot to see if i can get it up seems the 400hps is drying the tent out a bit, temps have been mid 80's which i am happy with and rez temps have been hitting 75f, going to throw some frozen bottles in there...
