I'm going to say 4 23W CFL's will not be adequate for long, if at all. If I'm starting plants, I use 1 42W per seedling. If you plan to do CFLs throughout, you will be needing more than 92 watts for 8 plants. Good luck w/ your grow.

I'd get a bottle of pills, (Vit C, B-Complex) that come in capsule form. Put desired number of seeds in neccessary number of capsules, mark accordingly. Mix seeded capsules w/ regular capsules in original bottle. Travel safely!:blsmoke:
