Yes the smell will majorly increase during flowering
I would look into adding a carbon filter on your exhaust fan, that will than eliminate all smells coming from your grow

No but it does highly increase the chance of getting mold. There are a lot more crops lost to mold/bud rot outdoors than indoors because it is known that you don't want the buds to get wet
What is the point of spraying water on the buds anyway? I could maybe see if you were foliar feeding but spraying straight water on the buds is just pointless and a little foolish
