I think you would be better off starting the plants on bloom nutes for a few days before switching to flower. I think that the bloom nutes and bloom light schedule would work much better than 72 hours in darkness. I would think you would get a lot of stretch and a little bit of stress as well

Get the 250 watt HPS, not the 250 watt CFL They both use the same wattage but the CFL sucks and the 250w HPS doesn't Lol it doesn't suck but it is not nearly as bright as the 250w HPS

Are the cotyledons still green? If they are yellow than the plant is telling you that it needs more nitrogen than it is being given I think your best bet would be to feed the grow big once the cotyledons yellow, let the plant tell you when its hungry I know for a fact that upping the big bloom...

You are going to be taking cuttings from a male? Why not just flower the one that you are taking cuttings from and just collect the pollen off it?

How old are you?

PVC will leach chemicals into the oil over time I have heard... I think you need something like CPVC or something along those lines
