No you don't need anything facing the exhaust Just make sure the exhaust is at the highest point and the intake is at the lowest

Moving air around isn't really going to help much... You need to suck the heat out, not throw it around some more Hmmm not really sure what you can do here.... adding another fan in there isn't going to get the temps to a good range unless it is sucking the heat out

You don't have to have air cooled lights... but you will need an exhaust fan that is pretty powerful

Is that light on top a 150w HPS? Get that thing closer dude, it should be like 3-4 inches away I have my 400 watt closer to my plants haha

Are you talking about MH or HPS lights...? No they don't have any cooling system built in, you have to add an exhaust fan to your room or onto the end of your reflector if you are going for air cooled lights

Yes you always want to have more exhaust than intake That will create a negative pressure in the box sucking the heat out better

I would try and keep it at 78°F with lights on and 68°F with lights off Do you have your exhaust fan on the bottom right and intake fan on the left hand side in the middle? That is no good, intake has to be as low as possible and exhaust as high as possible Once you have your fans placed...

You can leave them in the dark for one day after you plant them if they were not previously germinated I wouldn't go without lights for more than a day though, after one day set the lights to 18/6
