as long as its kinda breezy etc its good anything over 85 id say is bad , but if the plants get used to it theyll be fine... and the rain shouldnt matter much, use perlite and soil 60-40 and the soil should drain ok enough to sustain root growth and deter root rot... id say, im still pretty new...
