Drying has less to do with temperature then with humidity. There is a huge difference if you want to dry something with a temperature of 77F/25C and a humidity of 30%, or a temperature of 77F/25C and a humidity of 85%. Do you have a link to support this statement?

Your humidity at night is not higher. Your relative humidity is higher. That is a difference. But your VPD is probably the same.

Again, this will also depend on the strain and the climate. There are just some general numbers for EC (thank God somebody else also point out how stupid the ppm system for nutes is)

There are many ways to grow plants. 72-74 with lights on is not high. 67-69 with lights out is not high as well. If you would raise both temperatures you will see that you RH will go down. People saying that a certain humidity is good, without looking at the temperature, do not understand RH...

I also think it is more easy to run a small country. But in the end it should not make that much of a difference. Because countries with a high population density (as the Netherlands for example) have their own specific problems as well.

The whole question is more complex. Humidity in itself does not say everything. It is humidity, related to ambient temperature, related to leaf temperature. Also to prevent root rot it is important to prevent dew on your buds. My english is not good enough to explain it. Sorry.
