Lol. It could be because of where you took the pictures at on the plant but the first picture looks more mature. You want to wait until the trichs get a fat bulbous head on them and start turning amber. It's really a matter of preference. If you harvest a little earlier you get less cannabinoids...

From the bud pics I think it looks ready but the trichs look way more cloudy than amber and it looks sativa so I would recommend wait a couple days to a week before harvest. Almost there!

I can't tell from the picture but if it's just the little skinny green leaf no that's not a preflower. If it's little white hairs behind that, then yes they are all females.
