2 weeks for the weed, flushing is up to you. In soil with heavy chem nutes you want 2 weeks. With light feeding you don't need any flush. In hydro / soilless you want 4-5 days. The tomato ripening is very dependent on light hours and temperatures. Might be a week or two.

The trichomes are not the best way to judge maturity in cannabis, and if you do decide to use them as a guide take a picture with a white light so the trichome heads color could be evaluated. By the looking of the buds they look ready to chop. A full plant picture will give a better evaluation.

Breeding in hermi genetics into auto plants is not the way to go... If the seeds were from the NL you could use them as they are a F1 cross (would still have some hermi tendencies) but if they were from the FV that hermed they are S1 and I would not bother growing them.

With proper feeding you shouldn't need any flush with soil. If you over-fert you might want to remove excess salts by flushing. I would do that with a compost tea + humic acids for extra taste.
