If he's doing a SOG then 2 plants in a 22 litre pot is ok. If he's planning to veg them.... well facepalm.

Light is the only plant food. Nutrients only help the plant eat the light. Bud quality is mostly based on genetics, if you have some low quality seeds you will probably get low quality bud. We need more infomation, what medium are you using? How big are the plants?

This thread just totally changed my opinion on LED growing.
