Any pure indica can finish in time, but genetic resistance to frost, mould and pests are highly desirable traits for an outdoor grow.

Outdoors you have 2 choies: 1) grow autos - fast to flower not requiring 12/12 photoperiod, disadvantage generally lower yeild and potency than normal photo strains. 2) grow a pure indica with good mould resist - like Hollands Hope and hope that it can get its buds done before the conditions...
