depends how much grow space you have, how much time you have and how much weed you want to get from 1 grow. As a rough guide try 60% of your max grow height (so if you have 150cm max plant height then grow them to 90cm then flower).

Get better seeds

At around 60% of your maximum grow height.

Flushing changes very little, except possibly stunting the growth of your plant for the final weeks. A good cure is the only requirement for a good smoke.
