All in one organic bug sprays

I would like to offer a few pieces of my own humble advice. I hope this is helpful to someone. *Never spray with any oils during flowering. *Neem is exceptional to use for veg and once during stretch, as it kills all kinds of bugs, and powdery mildew. I have relied on it well for years. But...

Is this plant ready for a topping?

Nice looking plant. In my experience it's best not to top until there are several sets of true leaves and it must already be growing vigorously (which it is btw, good job) Sometime soon you'll know when it's mature enough by the look of it. It's a pretty intuitive practice. Personally I...

    Input on pics.

Pure neem oil 1/2 to 1 oz per gallon of warm water with a teaspoon of liquid dish soap. That mixture applied on ALL leaf surfaces will take care of the problem. The only way to really treat any kind of mite effectively is to coat the underside of the leaves thoroughly. Then soak the hell out of...

    Auto flower

Hey man, how's the plant looking? Got any pics? Off the bat I would say that I have noticed very tight and slow growth when I used to grow with cfls. As long as they are kept close to the tops of the plant, there is hardly any stretch, but due to low intensity, the growth is slow and steady...

    Harvest good smoke?

You bring up a fair point about common leaf yellowing. I agree with you that it is entirely normal to have some yellowing on fans and even the smaller 'sugar leaves.' Can't hurt to check each bud carefully for any problems though :) trim leaves that turn yellow at the base are something to look...

    Harvest good smoke?

Do you have any more pics? Looks like a small bit of bud rot toward the top of the nug. Yellow trim leaves are a (dead) give away. May be just the picture, but it can never hurt to keep a sharp eye on the lookout. Good luck and happy growing!

Venom OG 1st run, thoughts on ripeness?

Some may disagree but I would give at least a week and a half. Personally I'd let it go two full weeks for maximum smell and potency. The hype about cutting with clear trichs is just that-hype. As stated above by more distinguished members than me, it's probably a good idea to let it go, but it...

    Outdoors question

Anything you put out in that climate will act as an auto flower because of the natural light schedule I'm on would use a mother kept under a light and put out clones from that to "auto flower" in your near 12/12 light. Hope this helps.

    Wilting in full sun.

Sometimes for very young plants that are not accustomed to direct sun, it can be a little overwhelming. I usually do a few hours at a time until they're "used to it." Kind of like hardening off a plant in the spring from indoors to outdoors. It's all about gradual exposure. Hope this helps!

What makes a "good" or even "great" seed company?

I have had very positive transactions with attitude and seedsman seed banks. Also some breeders to look out for are Barney's farm, t.h. seeds, Nirvana aren't bad, Mr nice is top shelf, I really like dinafem. Great quality and awesome prices. That's just a couple from the dome but something to...
