I've used Biobizz Allmix soil before, it's a little strong for seedlings but great for established plants. BioBizz light mix is best for seedlings. I also use veg and bloom feed from biobizz + topmax! Always good, healthy looking plants. Highly recommended

these work great for clones and seedlings - http://www.growell.co.uk/p/0006/Fleximix-Root-Riot-Organic-Starter-Cubes.html get your clones in a humidity dome for the first couple of weeks. If you use rockwool, make sure you adjust the PH first.

It usually best to take clones when a plant is in the veg stage and not flowering. but like kushcrosser says, they will be exact copies of the mother. good luck.

with that size space, you'd be better off growing an autoflowering strain which only grow between 1 - 2ft tall. I agree on the cooltube, heat is going to be a problem, even with a 250w hps system. good luck
