I had DSL, and dialup in the past, not very effective for trying to download movies.... But still better than buying the DVD.... As for downloading movies, depends on where I'm getting it from, more times than not, if I'm using a torrent to get a movie, my download times are hindered because...

Honestly though, compared to when I had their basic package when I first signed up, unless I'm uploading or downloading movies, I can't tell too much of a difference... That and when the bill comes too... Bastards....

Your issue sounds like it is definitely not a splitter, but either something on their end, or in the modem itself, or wiring beyond what you have access to. Hopefully they can fix it, I know slow internet can be very frustrating... Best of luck with that bongsmilie

There are cheaper plans, I have a triple plan, phone, cable, and internet, and the 2nd best one (at the time of signing up), there are cheaper ones, I think that start at like $69.95 or somewhere around there, maybe less, they always offer deals for the 1st year, then you get raped like I am...

I don't think that would work so good, because the clay pellets retain the right amount of moisture, whereas the marbles are made of smooth glass, and the water will run right off, and dry up...

If you have Fios in your area, maybe check into them, that's what I have, and everything is really fast. And it's fiber optics. Cox, Comcast, Roadrunner, Charter, etc... all use a shared cable connection, the more people are on the internet in your area, the slower it is, because it is a shared...

No. Tried one, actually 2 of them at the same time, they do not do anything. And if you did get enough of them to matter, you could buy a regular LED panel that would actually work.

Blackdog LED uses them, that's the only company that I've seen so far. I have never seen a grow done with one though.

I wanna see what the 5 watt diodes do. I was not a believer in LEDs until I used panels with 3 watt diodes.

Depending on the strain, if it's a smaller strain, like indica dominant, or an auto, with the 180, maybe 2-3 plants, 4-5 if you're lucky. If it's a bigger plant like a sativa, 1 or 2 plants at most. You can train your plants though to grow where you want them to.

I paid $270 for the Blackstar 240, and depending on strain, I've seen over 1/2 gram per watt. I get about that, I have a friend who has one, and he gets a little more, but the strain he's growing is higher yielding. I have an older GLH panel, and I get better results with it than any other...
