hps man. if you have a pc outtake at the top and make a plexi glass panel below the light your heat should be just fine. for the plexi, have it so there is like a one inch slit so air can come from the bottom and move to the top and out through your outake

hey. i normally use a bunch of cfls for the first few weeks but i my flower room is open and i figured i could just use the 250mh bulb for the little guys. anyone know what distance they should be from the bulb? it doesn't have a cool tube but i have great ventilation so heat is not an issue...

ballin pretty much got it right. i have 6 bottles going, 1 per plant. i have them above my light with fish tube hanging down just over the plants. as far as sugar i do about 2 cups per bottle each week.

that is too stretchy. what lights do you have. seedlings love cfls. get those babies within an inch and youll get nice compact growth
