Looking For a Partner To Grow Medical MJ In Sacramento CA, I Have Some Start Up Ca$h!

Sativa, Wrong place, my man. Sorry bout your hard times, but growing weed in a partnership at someone elses house won't solve shit. I get the impression you think growing is going to fix any $$$ problems you might be having. It will not. With your lack of experience it would be several months...

Im Looking To Buy A Carbon Filter... Whats the Best For The Money??

The best noise reduction technique for inline fans (and filters) is to oversize the fan, add a speed control, and run the fan about 80% of full speed. By reducing the fan speed 20% you will reduce your noise about 80%. It's truly amazing. Bargain fact: Harbor Freight sells a router speed control...

I really don't try to be so long winded. It's just that when dealing with complex issues, there is rarely a short answer. I don't know about the rest of you, but I want to know why things work. Then I can use that info in my particular settup. All our rooms are so different. A product will...

If someone wanted to buy bulk

Not all the time. The broker that buys my buddie's whole crop makes WAY more $$$ than my buddy and me combined. And, he doesn't need to manage a grow op. It's all about contacts...and this guy's got em. He buys from dozens of growers...mostly their whole crop. He sells to god knows how many...

Any electricians in the house? Fan wiring question

I'm not a fan of internet sales. I like to be able to return stuff to a real person and walk out the door iwhtr a new unit. The Active Air fans are rated cor 24/7 duty. Most of my fans are active air. These are running 24/7 without problem. 8" at 720CFM retails for $185...you should get 20% off...

I can't believe I lost my number 2 hubby spot over some nutes. Damn! But, Kitty, no bullshit...PM me with the goods on AN. I just gotta know. I've heard some stuff, but trust you more than the other source BTW, I have no doubt I'll re-secure my #2 hubby slot.

Im Looking To Buy A Carbon Filter... Whats the Best For The Money??

We run Phat Filters. They're not cheap, but they're very well built. I like the fact that they come in a 39" length for any diameter except 4". The more length for a given diameter and air flow, the slower the air moves over the carbon. Carbon filters are truly magic. We have 2 - 14"x48"...

New Set-up CHECK IT OUT...also looking for some advice

Inline fans can be mounted at any attitude. It sounds like maybe an impeller blade is bent. First off, try just holding it in your hand while it's running to see if the noise can be stopped by different mounting settup. Next, with the fan unplugged, turn the impeller with your hand and feel for...

Any electricians in the house? Fan wiring question

Dude...forget that POS. First off, squirel cage fans (like this one) are extremely LOUD. Second, 53 VDC is an odd voltage...and transformer will be expensive. You're being seduced by the cheap price. But, it aint gonna work, my man. If it did, you'll shut it down in 10 seconds because the noise...

Fan sound questions (tried a couple things still having problems)

Not only are those fans loud, they really don't move much air. I would suggest installing an inline fan in the duct run. Get a fan speed control ($20), or a router speed control from Harbor Freight ($13). By reducing the speed by around 20%, the noise is reduced by around 80%.

Oh shit! You weren't supposed to read this. Damn it. I think I've been marketed. I've been forced to read so many of their adds it took control of my mind. Actually, my favorite hydro shop girl, Hydro E, gave me about $300 worth on the AN shit to try. I wonder if Amazon or Ebay does that...

I agree that you dont "get to this point..." If your guy is at this point, why are you price checking online? If he's "at this point", you'd think he'd have a handle on current pricing.

So...I broke down and got some AN nutes. I picked up some Sensi 2 part grow, some Conniseur (sp?) 2 part bloom, and some Mother Earth Tea. Just going to try it on a run with 9 plants all the way through. Anyone placing bets on whether it will outperform good ol' Cutting Edge 3 part?

If someone wanted to buy bulk

If you told me 50lbs/week was going to a collective in an expensive region I'd cry BULLSHIT! I'm fairly familiar with the buying habits of dispensaries. If they did buy that much/week (which would be a VERY busy collective), it would be 2 pounds of this 3 pounds of that. If we wanted to just...

    99 plant rec

I don't know about all that. Where did you get that info...or is this just a theory? Staying compliant to state law isn't too difficult. But, according to our attorney (who represents growers and dispensaries), 95% of all dispensaries are not in compliance. A perect example is when a...

If someone wanted to buy bulk

We get around $3200/lb for our Pre-98 Bubba Kush. We could get more, but have 2 multi collective owners that we've been dealing with for a long time. My friend's grow op is twice the size of ours (around 40,000 watts), and he sells the same strain to one person who buys it all for $2,500/lb...
