Why the hell are my plants drooping?

Don't add peroxide to the water. It will cause more harm than good. Peroxide should only be used as a last resort to an otherwise unfixable fungus problem. Your problem is underwatering. In my case, I need to water my plants every 4 days. If I don't, then when I wake up on the 5th morning...

(PICS) Look at these new plants, they seem to be starting small

Kaya is a solid strain. It's quite well-known amongst breeders and is the part of the foundation of several quality hybrids. I'm thinking you possibly got a bad batch of seeds because the strain itself is stable. I've never made a purchase from Nirvana, so I can't comment on them from...

(PICS) Look at these new plants, they seem to be starting small

I've had a few seedlings that were similar. Very tiny leaves. My experience has been that it is a genetic flaw and they typically exhibit slow growth. Everytime I've had one I've ended up pulling it from the group about two weeks in. You can keep growing it to see if it works itself out, but...

    Final Decisions...

I'm not trying to be a naysayer, but it sorta makes me mad when I see people speaking in such idealistic terms. Like you're somehow going to produce massive dank buds with 18w of florescent light and a cardboard box. People come to this site for real advice and help growing, and it does them a...

    Final Decisions...

Well, if we only look at his total light wattage to estimate yield, not taking into account that it's his first time growing, and all the other restrictions.... if he is somehow able to have a PERFECT grow and yields 1gr per watt, he would end up with about an ounce (30g). But since this IS his...

    Mystery's Bedroom Grow - 12/12 Journal.

Yeah, and imagine if you're the guy growing some nice dank outdoor bud and some schmuck tosses his male outside and seeds your whole crop. That's not "generous"... it's careless and inconsiderate to anyone growing outdoors.

    Final Decisions...

You've got good intentions, but I think you're a bit misguided. Before thinking about things like carbon filters and CO2 supplementation, you need to focus on the size of your grow "room". In this tiny box you're making, there's no way you're going to produce a plant that would require two...

    Second Grow :)

Damn Rasta... you're such a grow-pimp that the plant was probably scared if it didn't grow you'd beat its ass :-D

    Humidifier rules

Opinions are always gonna vary from person to person. I think the differences have a lot to do with the particular strains being grown. Sativas and plants that are native to areas close to equator probably like the extra humidity. I've also been growing for over 10 years, but I usually stick...

    Building My New GrowRoom

Hey All... I'm building a second grow room and wanted to share the details and get some feedback from the gang! My current grow room is 8'x8' with two(2) 600w digital HPS systems. It's got a large can carbon filter, and a 465cfm inline fan for ventilation and lamp cooling. I've been doing...

Flowering got my watt hps light put in...check it out...

HAHAHA... my bad! I just went back and looked at the pic more carefully and saw that it's hydro. If you decide to switch to dirt my advice is still good! :-D

    Humidifier rules

This is not correct. You never want your humidity to exceed 60%. 40%-60% is the ideal range. For flowering, you want to be on the lower side of the scale, closer to 40%. As for temps, you want your day temps to be between 65°F-80°F, and your night temps to be between 60°F-70°F.

What type of glass for 1000w hps light?

You'd be much better off just buying a new reflector with a built-in lens. It'll only cost you about $100 and the lens will have a gasket to keep the bulb area sealed.

Flowering got my watt hps light put in...check it out...

You are watering WAAAYYY too often bro. You should water them heavily, to the point where water starts to flow from the bottom drainage holes, then wait until the soil is almost completely dry before watering them again. Usually, once every 3-5 days is ideal. Watering them once every 6 hours...

    Trainwreck under flouros

You're going to have a problem with the height. These plants typically double, and sometimes triple in height during the flowering period. You could potentially have a plant that's 8-10' tall. The biggest problem you're going to have is that your lighting is insufficient. Don't expect a big...

    My Latest Grow

Hi all... sorry about the delay in making some updates. I've been busy as hell the past 2 weeks and just haven't had the time to post updates and shit. I've finished my 6 weeks of vegging and began the 12/12 flowering schedule this past Wednesday. Currently, my bitches are on day 4 of the...

    BAD CANOEING and yellow edges

Where to begin... you've got quite a few problems going on here. The biggest ones are that you bought "cheap dollar store" soil and you apparently have no way of monitoring the pH of your water. If you can't be bothered to spend $5 on a pH test kit, you have no business growing marijuana. pH...

    Too hot in the room?

85°F is a bit too high. You really should work to get it under 80° because growth slows down at 82° and continues slowing as the temp goes up. You should try to install a small intake fan on your closet door. The fresh air will also boost CO2 levels which your plants will appreciate...

Help! Do I have a hermie on my hands? I hate trannies!

I only see evidence of male flowers, no white hairs to indicate that it's a hermie. From the looks of it, you got a male plant. Get rid of it before it ruins your life.

    First grow goin!!!

You won't find HPS lights appropriate for growing at Lowes or Home Depot. They do not carry horticultural HID lamps. Order the proper equipment online, or find a local hydroponics shop. I've said it before and I'll say it again... don't cut corners on the fundamental equipment. You might...
