  1. Farmer's Hat

    Flowering cycle day 1

Good luck! Super curious to see how the Malawi does in that 2x2. I have some TLT Malwai seedlings going right now. I will also be flowering them in a 2x2. Ive seen how crazy the pure sativas can get. My plan is to clone the Malawi and flower the clones immediately. Thats how I am going to keep...

    Skipping transplant?

Growing indoors: I use regular photo seeds. I start in quart pots, wait until sex shows and then transplant the females into their final home. I keep 2-3 males for breeding, kill the rest. I dont like wasting resources on males. For clones, they go straight into their final pot once they have...

    Outdoor plant being eaten

I would put down some plastic and cover up that grass. That would definitely help keep the bugs at bay. The little critters usually hide underneath the pot and munch on the plant at night.

    Outdoor sativa grow 2024

Those are trees! Lol I germinated 6 seeds of the TLT Malawi Gold. Im planning to cross one of them with a Purple Sativa dominant male. I think it's going to produce really good hybrids.

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

Harvested Valley Ice Pheno #2. Heavy huge plant. Incredibly sticky. Takes the trophy for most resinous. I accidentally cut one of the small seeded branches. Ive left all the seeded branches on the plants, and im planning to harvest those at the end of the month. The seeds look ripe but some...
  6. Farmer's Hat

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

The MTF has been chopped down. She could have gone another week, but the weather is starting to get worrisome. Its a gorgeous plant. Compact and medium in size, but the flowers are dense and heavy. I found about 5 grams of bud rot. Which is basically nothing.

Good afternoon everyone. Its going to be warm in the greenhouse
  8. Farmer's Hat

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

A popcorn bud from the Valley Ice, fully cured. Took this sample down at the beginning of the month. The purple faded a bit.
  9. Farmer's Hat

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

Growing outdoors comes with different challenges, but I would say its just as difficult/easy as growing indoors. Genetics is super important when growing outdoors. Indoors you can get away with growing a mediocre plant, but outdoors the elements, pests, etc. will ravage a weak plant. The MTF...

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

I should have took a picture of one of the colas. Its the size of a 2L coke bottle. I have plenty of ripe seeds from this girl. It should be easy to stabilize her, because im very familiar with all the MTF traits in a good male. This is one of the advantages of working only two strains for...

Harvested 2 monster plants today. Repeating the same thing tomorrow. :eyesmoke: Goodnight
  12. Farmer's Hat

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

My goodness. This purple sativa was potent! My eyes were burning the whole time I was processing the flower. I cut her down because i spotted some mold in two of the main colas. She was ready. I lost half a zip to mold. Harvested a solid pound dry. Im pretty sure this plant inherited the MTF...
  13. Farmer's Hat

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

Chopped Brandywine today. She had maybe 10 grams bud rot, dry weight. Not too shabby. Im really on top of things this year. Im chopping the MTF next. The nugs on this plant are rock hard. Super dense structure! Its unusual because most of the MTF that ive grown are a little more fluffy, similar...

Good morning everyone. Im cutting down two more plants today. This weather is dangerous... Lol

Hey Fam! We Need Your Help!

Good to know. Thanks. I was just trying to have an honest discussion. Nagging isn't my intention. Hope your having a nice day, @sunni.

@VIVOSUN Official Do you have a response to this critical feedback?

Hey Fam! We Need Your Help!

I thought about that. It might make more sense to just design the tent so that the divider wall is on the other side of the poles, enclosing the veg area and not the space meant for flowering.

    Blaze & Daze

Thats understandable. Ive rooted just about every cut, except this purple sativa. Its throwing me a curve ball.

Hey Fam! We Need Your Help!

Cool. I have some feedback that will improve the design of the 2x3 split tent. The velcro divider wall needs to be redesigned so that its actually light proof. There are way too many light leaks. I will send over my idea that improves your design, and it doesn't require any major changes. Just...

    Blaze & Daze

I would agree with you, except for the fact that my seedling dome is always over a heating matt. Temperature isn't the issue, in this case.
