Constant moisture vs letting plants dry out

Little tip I learned from the Bodhi thread is to use a clear solo cup to put soil/seeds/clones, then place that in a red solo. Makes checking moisture content and root development a breeze.

Constant moisture vs letting plants dry out

This would depend on the size of your sip. My 15 gal earthboxes would need water every 2-4 days in veg and 1-3 in flower. I’m looking to building some 30 gal sips shortly. No worries of overwatering as your medium is always moist.

    White worms! Beneficial or Bad?!?

Hyroot explains in this vermicomposters thread that pot worms are not bad, but a sign of low ph. They can only survive in a low ph environment, whereas red wrigglers need a more balanced ph. Pot worms do break down organic material, but at a slower...

    White worms! Beneficial or Bad?!?

Maybe Pot worms. My worm bin has gotten Pot worms before, because I over feed and my beddings ph got out of whack. Solved it by adding pulverized egg shell. Or perhaps maybe fungus gnat larvae.

What size driver are you using to run those? I was looking to run three Qb96’s with this driver hlg320h-54a. I’m going to call HLG today, but do you know of any resources for how-tos on building these things. I appreciate your time- CrunchBerries
