    Two strains in one tank

very good point - i'd only do it with reputable feminized plants. And also try and stick to simmilar plants, like a leggy sativa and a small indica/hash plant would be a big problem keeping the canopy even and the light at a height that would benefit both.

Huge bubblers with one plant ?

Sounds like the 4-plant oxypot system that I use dutch-passion-c-vibes-cbd-skunk-haze-dwc I'd be cautious of leaving them if they are mid-flower or more mature, as they drink A LOT and you need to top up with nutes and water manually. Leaving them alone for a whole week would really be pushing...

Day 103 I think, about just into week 6 of 12/12 They have stopped stretching, thank god! Drinking a lot of water and eating a lot of nutes, currently EC 1.9 an PH 5.8, so gonna give them more food tomorrow to bring EC up a couple of decimal points and bring the PH down a couple of decimal...

    Media options for DWC

Should be able to pick up clay balls at pretty much any garden shop/center? It's not like its unique to weed farmers? Might not be hydroton branded, but clay balls are clay balls, they are all the same.

How many bubbles for a DWC?

How clean do Flood and drain clay pebbles need to be?

I noticed my plants went through a phase of not really growing much on top but seemed to be concentrating on putting lots of roots down. A good solid platform for future growth!

    More Yeld?

Yup, everything is a balancing act... easy access is worth a lot, trying to fight through a jungle to do basic maintenence is no fun.

    New Grow, setting up RDWC

You can get away with root trimming to an extent, I had to as I had some rot or something. so I cleaned everything and chopped off the slimey roots. It will just stunt plant growth a bit whilst they recover, as long as there is a good amount of healthy roots remaining. Root trimming is actually...

Day 99, just about to enter week 6 of flower Things are looking good aside from my poor planning and running out of space. Need to do more defoliation to help humidity. Even the baby buds under the canopy are fattening and getting sugary. They are eating and drinking a lot. On the plus side, I...

Inline fan silencers... what brand is the best?

I only run it between 10-20% power, so its basically silent..and only using about 4-8watts. (its 40w peak power). what ac infinity do you use? it's is loud at full tilt, but will push 600 cubic meteres of air per hour at 100%.

Inline fan silencers... what brand is the best?

unfortunatly I'm in the EU rather than USA, the brands are a bit different, so I can't make a specific reccomendation. I'm using one of these (6 inch version) and it's super powerfull and compact... it does get kinda loud at 100% ... but I don't even need to turn it up to 50%. I could have...

IR reptile heat lamp to suppliment a full spectrum LED?

Hi all, As per title, I'm thinking of getting an IR reptile heat lamp (or simmilar) to suppliment a full spectrum LED, mainly to provide a bit of heat, but i've also read LEDs can lack IR colour too. Anyone have any experience? I was thinking maybe somehting like this to suppliment a 300w...

Inline fan silencers... what brand is the best?

EC fans rather than traditional fans are the way to go... they are expensive but are also game changers. Quiet, yet small and powerfull. They also have a rotary speed dial so you can set the exact speed you want. Also, unlike traditional fans, if you dial an EC fan down to 50%, it will use 50%...

RDWC PH typically goes up or down ???

All things being equal, adding more fert will raise EC and lower PH at the same time. You can add fresh water to lower EC and raise PH, so these are your best control levers. PH+ and PH- addetives are more a last resort, and can cause massive swings, use them very carfully. I've read a lot on...

    Serious difficulty popping seeds recently.

A fair point and a good question! old habbits die hard, I guess. But I guess I also already know for a fact the seeds have popped and are growing...rather than looking hopefully at a cube, hahah

    Serious difficulty popping seeds recently.

Ahh ok, sorry I misunderstood. I've had good sucess with 'root riot' cubes.. basicaly very carfully put the popped seeds into a little hole in the cube https://www.rollitup.org/t/dutch-passion-c-vibes-cbd-skunk-haze-dwc.1080949/ I still leave them on the paper towels to stop them drying out...
