You can flower with cfl bulbs. You'll need warm white bulbs, rated at around 2700k (which you will find written on packaging somewhere) and plenty of them. For veg you'll need blue white bulbs, rated at around 6400k. :bigjoint:

Seriously? I don't have the faintest idea...that all depends on where you are, hours of sunlight, strain of your herb etc etc. Prepare to exercise your patients like you never have before...if only plants grew faster if we stared hard at them ;-)
