Dutch Passion Think Different - worth it for quick crop?

Unfortunately, the td buds got mold forming during the cure, so once the mold (very little) was cut out and tossed, the rest of the buds were left out to dry for a few days, and they got crunchy and brown. They are still delicious smelling, and very potent. but they probably couldve...

Dutch Passion Think Different - worth it for quick crop?

IF you start now, and let it go for most of that time, you can have a huge plant with super potent sativa buds. TD has a unique smell that sets it apart from anything else. Completely different than the usual earthy kushy smell. It's a lighter, almost faintly minty smell... If you have seeds on...

Berry Ryder - WTF lets SEED ONE

That sucks.. IMO you should start spraying when you see the first few hairs showing, and then keep spraying until you see pollen sacs forming, and possible even until the first few pollen sacs maturing and opening, to prevent the plant from resisting the treatment and/or reverting back to a...

    highest known THC content?

Are they saying the percentage of THC in relation to all the cannabinoids, or the percentage of THC in relation to the total weight of the plant matter? If it's the latter, anything above 25% is absolutely ridiculous to believe. You think you can pull 7 grams of PURE THC from an ounce of some of...

    1st Try with Collodial silver

. You should get a laser pointer to get a more useful concentration reading. Shine the beam through the CS and it'll show up like a mini lightsaber. Your goal is to get it to be as solid, and smooth as a beam as possible, with not many individually visible particles floating around in it. Add...

    1st Try with Collodial silver

As long as there are a lot of white pistils being made, the plant should be able to live long enough to make mature seeds from them. Auto's can live for a lot longer than people seem to think. The calyxes swell, and the buds start to foxtail a bit on some strains, but they don't die for a long...

    Problem with trichomes

Let the hairs all dry up to get her bud to the maximum size/density. Autos can live in the flowering stage a lot longer than people think. Cutting too early will kill the potency.

Well, good luck! Hopefully you get some viable pollen.

Berry Ryder - WTF lets SEED ONE

21 days and no pollen sacs? That's odd.. Did you use the same TM spray that you used last time? If you are planning on doing other strains/plants, you should definitely look into buying a CS generator for ~$50, or making one for like $10 if you are handy.

Super hot chili- Carolina Reaper-Ghost Chili-Trinidad Scorpion

Superhots take along time to pod up and ripen. Also, the drier and hotter the environment, the hotter the peppers usually. Have tried ghosts that were hotter than Scorpions and Reapers. Depends on how they were grown. That white ghost pepper is killer looking.

mofo of a male plant! afghan kush ryder >:(

AKR has great potency and smell/bud density etc. basically everything going for it, except for genetic stability. Several plants have hermied on various growers.

    Trichome color and THC

I was typing when Sativied posted, and I agree with him. A drop in percent from 16-12% is not negligeble. It may be only 4%, but when the max of the sample was only 16%, that's 25% gone.

    Should you LST an Auto?

Is LST on auto's something worth trying? Yes. Will it benefit every single strain? No. It's best to watch two plants of the same strain, grown identically, side-by-side, one being lst'd and the other not, for each strain, to see how they handle it, and if it is worth it.

survey; has anyone had an auto take longer then 18-25 days to preflower

I actually saw that comment and was curious what people were going to reply, because I believe it can take a lot longer than 25 days. IMO, like yodabuds said, although it might not, on average, take longer than 4 weeks, it can.

when is it considered a new strain

A stable strain is one that has been bred passed f6 into or beyond f7. Should only have one pheno eventually.

    pollination / seed questions

Rodelization is a bad pollination method. You are just selecting the genes that caused the plant to naturally hermie, and breeding them into more generations. CS is the best method for reversal without making a hermie line Also, any white hairs should be pollinate-able, but you need around a...
