I have a feeling your PH is high causing nutes look out. And thats why they have those spot but if it doesnt get any worse then there nothing to worry about.. Look at this picture you can see some of the leafs have the same kind of spots and the leafs under that are burnt thats from 2 much ferts...

No your plant looks good for how old it is.. Are you using fertilizer? Im guessing not and are you using PH tester for your water?? Im guessing not I bet you thats what those spots are from to high of ph or maybe to low..

I would flower with the HPS and veg with cfls. specialty if you want sea of green . you can only flower out side once a year when the plants gets 12 hours of darkness and plus it will stink out side, do you have a way to get rid of the smell inside??

I would also check the soil ph GROWFAQ and start LST GROWFAQ

Its hard to say what the problem is.. It kinda looks like heat is an issues and maybe over feeding possible, there also super stretchy probably from lack of light , are you using cfls and if so put the light like 1 inch from the top. Also you dont have one yet get a fan blowing on it,,

Dont worry as it gets bigger those nodes will stretch out, but it does looks like it was a little stunted. I would just keep growing it as you are, you really dont want your plant to be stretchy.. once it gets past the stunted stage it will start to grow normal size. But if your really want...
