No, 2' above the pots is too much in your tight area. That doesn't leave room for the big buds to grow. With your net at 3 feet that leaves 2.5'. Lights take up the top foot. That leaves 1.5' for the buds. But you have to leave the lights 1 - 1.5' above the buds.....

I don't worry about humidity. They humidity in my house in the winter (the only time I grow) is around 40 @ 70°f. As long as the plants are watered they don't care.

Ph varies depending on where you live. Some places are acidic, some extremely alkaline. My water comes close to 9.5-10.5 out of the tap... The plants do much better when I lower the ph a bit.
