I broke out the 30x lighted loupe. Then broke out the 100x digital microscope attached to my laptop. There are no signs of any creepy crawlies, tops or bottoms of leaves, stems or growth tips. I haven't checked runoff pH, I'll check soon and get back to you.

Your best bet is to pollinate different branches with different males and label them so you don't forget which is which. Then grow out seeds from each and see which one gave you the best tasting progeny.

So it's more likely to show in the f2 generation than f1 generation? Makes sense based on my reading over the last couple days. Let's say i make and grow out the f2s, and get lucky and find a pheno that i like with the flavor I'm chasing. I assume next is to cross her to one of her brothers...

Her nodes are currently at about 1/2" to 3/4" spacing. If I had more room in the tent, I would consider a three-way, but I don't want her to require too large a footprint. As it is, it's going to get crowded in the there!
