good point about the stone floor, i have a soil warming cable under my grow, and i have my plants on upturned saucers so there not in direct contact with the floor to stop them cooking,

have you used that soil before ?, i dont like perlite myself i prefer to use growstones gs-2, i think perlite holds too much water

whats your night temps like, you dont want your root temps below 18c

sounds like you have a small plant in a big pot if its taking that long to dry out, so the roots are being starved of oxygen

first of all why are you giving them cal/mag and epsom salts ? how much run off are getting when you put your 1.5 gallon in what is the EC of your feeds what is the ph of the feed, what are you growing in, soil ? first of all dont water if their already moist, they dont need it, all your doing...

yup those cheap yellow ones are great if you dont mind callibrating it every time you use it lol

i would take the plant out of the pot and check the roots to see if their healthy to start with, also check for bugs that maybe damaging them
