If you are only talking about a plant or two for your personal consumption, why not hang the plant whole (where it continues to live for a few days after you cut it) and get a fan moving air around and leave it alone in the dark for about 2 weeks.. It will be the best tasting, best smelling...

Actually.. my thinking on that always is.. molds spread real easy in any kind of humidity at those temps.. keep those fans going more than ever, and make sure you are venting.. the more air circulation at those temps the better. That is always the way I have played it anyway, everyone else's...
