Ya, totally soak the soil.. they h202 will actually aerate and leave behind air pockets with all the bubblling.. the soil will dry out much faster this time than with just regular water...

The MOMENT you watered with the H20 solution, you killed every larva. You have to put sticky traps down ahead of time and afterwards to round up the adults that are still in abundance flying around, before they get a change to procreate back into your sterile soil.
