I second the Apollo suggestion. I have this set up in a Sercret Jardin DRII 90 and have no complaints. Only 2 plants this grow, but plan to expand to 4 for the next.

I would suggest testing pH. If nutrients are being locked out due to the pH being out of range, adding more isn't going to rectify the situation until you get the pH dialed in so the plant is able to take up nutrients. A pH of around 6.5 is ideal for soil.
