Hope I didnt take your thread off topic bigman, but its nice to share that little bit of info about our lives so far as we can. We're around the same age then :-) Btw, I've also been married for what will be 28 years this year, we met on a drunken camel ride along a Moroccan beach 31 years ago and been together ever since :-). Magical place back then, you could stroll through the casbah in Tangier and have people trying to sell you hash one after another ...... Oh no, there I go again!

Lady is the Border Collie(black and white) and the Pittbull is Meg! I had a door to door salesman selling alarm systems come to the house. Told him "I don't need no stinking alarm system" Ive got these two girls who take care of that for me.

No problem MS. Im loving the action in the thread. Nothing magical about how we met, just high school sweethearts if you will. I did smoke some Hash in Isreal when I was Iin the Navy many moons ago and got a hold of some Brazilian weed when we were there that was the bomb.

Well I was hoping It would be here this Friday ut robably Monday. I aplan on using it in the same spot that the cab is in now so It will take a day to get it don so realisticaly were are looking at Tuesday.

Thanks SS, Can't wait to get em under the 400, She is starting to get going again after the up-can so it will be interesting to see what she gives me. I don't think I would do it again though with the CFL's. Seems like the light is not strong enough to get things rooted good before they start to flower.

well I cant wait to see that 400w CMH in action because I am seriously looking to buy one of those this fall. I haven't seen a grow under them yet so that's the only thing that could change my mind about them now. Everything I have read about them sounds great but you can look at a picture and not need to read the book.

Me too brother. Can't wait to see how these ladies finish when I switch em to the CMH. IMO I think it is the limited wattage they offer (up to 400W) that it has not realy taken of yet. The web site I bought it from was going to do a comparison grow, 2 400's against a 1000w. The were gonna run Large cherry tomatoes cloned side by side all factors the same. I sent em an e-mail but have not heard back yet. I guess we will wait and see.

yeah I think your right, I am sure eventually they will go up to 1000 but are just testing the market with the 400w? I am willing to bet that the 800w of cmh out perform the 1000w easily though.

From everything I read, I have only been able to find a couple instances were someone complained. One was they are only available up to 400w and another guy said they are still a hot bulp and do throw off heat. I have not seen anything on their performance except good so, who knows. This guy is using the 4oo and he seems to like it also. not sure if you have seen the thread or not?

I am hoping that this will be the last day under the CFL's. Tha babies and the sprouts will stay veging til these finish. Then I will be able to see what the difference is doing a whole flowering cycle with them.

Thanks Bro, your compliments humble me. Not sure if I really know what I am doing but I know I am getting a better grasp with each new batch I start. Still trying to work out things so I can try and dial it in. Bad thing is working with all these different bag seeds has its challenges. The Purple X's I have going should be more stable and hopefully respond similarly in there growth patterns.
