that really is a lot of lush tops in there, are they gonna stretch out ?

3K crees? might need to add a few watts of 660 deep reds. I find some stretch is helpful, allows for a thicker canopy better airflow easier penetration. Thanks I appreciate it. Im glad they started behaving because we never got off to a great start.
Funny you mentioned that. Ive been thinking about stretch and im sure there is less than im used to seeing. Im not moaning about it to be honest as stretch annoys the fuck out of me.
Im using lenses on the cobs; so im putting it down to the intensity of the light.
Yea using the 3000k. What have you noticed with the deep reds?
Yea this strain should stretch grown her for almost 2 years - same cutting. Its crazy watching how she reacts to the new lighting.
But i must say ive never seen her express herself like this... but I like it!
deep reds (660nm) have a lot of notable effects, too much for a quick answer. The Cree 3K Spectrum in my opinion is low in the reds, 660 and beyond.Yea using the 3000k. What have you noticed with the deep reds?

I mentioned deep reds because some extra will increase stretch a bit and give you a wider spectrum.

Just a quick update. Done a res change yesterday. Maintaining Ppms at 1400-1500. Plants are drinking some stupid amounts of water.
Canopy is looking great.
Thanks for following along
Nice job! I'm running soil and growing just for myself and with a nice yielder I see 1 gpw plus. I'm using 8 Vero 29's (800w) total. I will see ~1000g in a few weeks. I imagine with the high tech hydro etc. You may double yield. Very efficient CXB's would be even better. I'm interested in this run.We were using a 600w digital HPS for flowering with a parabolic reflector. I think our max yield was about 16.5 ounces per light. With our usual gpw sitting at 0.6 to 0.7.
Plant reactions ive noticed are the following:
Faster growth - These plants were almost killed at the beginning from our neglect and i think it was within a 14day period they were monsters.
Nutrients - The plants are using more of the nutrients then i was used to as i was seeing defeciencies not normally present during veg. As soon as i upped the ppm the plants responded much better.
Clones - we took about 90 clones yesterday and i think they were taken off of 4 plants... didnt even put a dent in the undergrowth. All clones were very strong cuts so they were receiving good light. Definetly different from Hps where you normally see alot of deformed sucker branches that are we discard as junk.
Compact- Node on top of node on top of node on top of node! Very tight growth. I mean i know some people heading to more blue in their spectrums but ill be sitting tight on the 3000ks.
Canopy - My canopy is level; in some places its too level. Im very pleased with the light spread. Its one of the real plus points with the cobs. Hps seems silly when you realise that the center plants always grow better/ stronger. With the cobs (and lenses) i have the peace of mind knowing all plants are pretty much receiving more than adequate lighting.
Thats great results, like i said with hps im accustomed to seeing about .6 - .7 gpw. Shes a nice yielder Not really a heavy one so 1gpw would be great. Ive seen a couple growers hit higher then that like captain morgan i think hitting 1.5.Nice job! I'm running soil and growing just for myself and with a nice yielder I see 1 gpw plus. Wow 2gpw would be out of this world i cant see me doing that with this strain. Maybe a critical mass/big bud type - who knows. Thanks LJBonjour
I believe high yielder, even with cxb 3590@1400mA and a good hydro system would pull 2gpw maxi, so if with your vero much less efficient you pull 1.25gpw it would be great and made me think about buying some and run them hard!(I saw many grow log with cxb@1400 in soil and they pulled 1.3/1.5 max and it is very very good already)
Good luck
Have a great day ★
Thanks Test, hows your grow coming along?LJ

Impressive man.
lol thanks man i hope thats a good thing. I dont think i could take this screen off now with about killing half of them! Might have to deleaf for some airflow because the canopy is denseFuck me dead man, thats how mine looked like before I took off my scrog net.
