Rape is an "infraction"? An infraction that carries expulsion from school as a punishment ought to offer due process and legal representation to the accused. I know you Dems like to persecute men but that doesn't make it right.
Maybe I am old fashioned but I think a violent crime should be treated as a violent crime with police and prosecutors and judges and all that old fashioned stuff. If there is evidence to sustain a trial and conviction then proceed with a trial and convict, if not then drop it.

You don't have the right to due process in college, that is only on the legal system. They usually have a board that decides your punishment, and they may have more access to evidence than a jury.
