Experimental Micro Grow CFL's - 1st time grower

Thanks man, appreciate the props! Your dwarfs are looking phat too, and huge in the pics LoL. I bet they're gonna be mighty tasty ;)

Thanks man. I can't wait for my new light. Should arrive tomorrow and I'll be able to get the new room setup. Then the buds will get the light they need.

Seedlings are so so. I've potted them up, taking care with the broken one (that'll probably be its name) and soiled it up to it's neck, so it can stand up.

Having issues with this site today :fire: So I'll have to pop back later with pics

sites been a pig today mate .... just taken about two hours to get logged in... then another hour to open a thread LOL ... sure they'll sort it soon thou

this site was givin me a bunch of shit this morning too.. but now its fine, i guess the CIA was hacking and breaking down the system :P

Pic of the other seedling.
Packed out with soil, it can at least stand up now. Still considering ditching it though. Now I've been offered a cutting of Blueberry Cheese, I think ditching this seedling could be a good idea...
*I should be picking it up weekend ;)*

My other option, is to leave it in this teeny 3" pot and see what happens. It is an experiment after all?

mmm blueberry cheese, might be a great idea LOL...is the cutting rooted?

It hasn't been cut yet. Will cut it on Saturday and it can replace one of the exodus cheese cuts that I will put in to shock on the weekend :)
My only issue is that the blueberry comes from a mouldy grow tent and I worry about it coming to mine...

I felt a little bit left out, so I bought a Heavyweight Budzilla seed - 25% thc fookin ell!!

Currently considering avoiding the Blueberry cheese because of the mould, in place of the budzilla...

Seedlings are looking boring and I really want to ditch them to make space for more clones. I just don't have the heart to kill them :(

This one appears to be doing just fine so far, in fact very healthy.

This is the one that had issues when it dried out... it still has them. It is alive, but barely.

One of my cheese pics included the flower cab so I thought I'd throw it in here too for good measure ;)
The first is my exodus cheese after 1 week of veg - a two month wait :)

Actually, I think it could be best to put the clone down (remove the lower pot) to allow it to stretch a little bit. Any thoughts on that?
Having it so high up is making the canopy very busy.

Can't wait to get my second red bulb it really will make things easier. That will have to wait though, till next year :(
hmmm... unless I string up some more little ones...

i would put the clone on a lower stand...and the smaller plant on the larger upturned pot... try to level them out a little.
look at my cab.... the two on the outside managed to get less light then the one in the middle? and thats with 3 x 125w cfl's hung in a "H"plan over a 800x450mm surface area dont ask me how?.....maybe the reflective bubble foil i used has sucked the light out of them LOL

By smaller plant, I take it you mean the thing at the bottom right of the grow. That's actually the base of little scraggler... her top is actually just under the bulb, LST'd around the houses lol, so she can't be raised.
I dunno, I'll be trying to find a shorter platform for the clone to sit on, rather than the up turned pot. That will help a little until it grows up a little. If I can squeeze that new red bulb in quickly enough it wont be such a problem. But I really don't see it happening this side of crimbo.

Seedling is dong remarkably well, but sadly I think I'm gonna give it the chop to make room for more clones... I do like these plants, but they're a right pain in the arse not knowing their flowering time...

A little bit cramped in my flower cab at the mo, so I thought it best this time round to not pull the plants out and disturb things.
So I did some random bud pics instead, with my new phone camera which seems ok
:)

See how Little Scraggler is doing! Very thin n wispy but she is going for it none the less. I believe this is the Haze.

Bit of a Stumpy bud and some over shots.

doing fine .... buds are stretching and filling out good and steady ... they are looking quite hazy (long and fluffy) ... but the buzz is always nice :eyesmoke:

shame about the red lamp being setback .... but after crimbo is better then not at all.... and you'll be stoked when you do get it

yeah i thought the one at the front right was really short.. so could do with raising up ... didnt relise it was curled round and was just as large as the rest ...lol you got it tyed in knots

Ye mate, she wants to grow up and move out already! pmsl
Really tall, really whispy and not particularly strong. I shan't be growing her again. In fact I'll only be growing anything from these bag seeds again if I really have no other option.
But for a first time grow, I think they've stood up and represented extremely well :) Especially when you consider the mistakes that were made...

have you ever thought about bringing them on for about 3 weeks in july and doing a little secret outside venture??? ... me and a mate did 24 .... but i total forgot about them, bet he didnt LOL

Ha funny. I was actually talking about this the other day. I think it's a grand idea :)
Good that I live in the sticks too. I've been trying to think of somewhere concealed and less frequented. I think I'll have to just go for lots of walks in the spring, then take the hobby back up again in Autumn LoL Maybe I can sew the whole town pmsl
