eureka moment... The room the tent is in has poor circulation. So ive had to have the door open and blow exhaust out to maintain temp equilibrium But if i close the door down making it aprox 6 times the volume of the tent , The humidity in the tent goes to 50% and I get .88 vpd which is substantially better than i had.

The humidity keeps the temp moderated and the room doesnt runaway , that i can tell so far.
Watering with pure water. My shenanagans with the dry soil, hydrophobic soil, soaking in nute water (super dumb), and basting the run off back in to not have to make 50 gallons of water....(also super dumb) caused a bit of nute overload Which I suspect is the cause of my issues sooo I am watering with some pure water for atleast another watering. They look nice, i think.

PS i can swear when i opened the tent this morning it just ever so slightly smelled like weed. HAppy days
plur

76.8 ambient (control with exhaust, and a circulation fan, small low flow , can be pointed directly at leafs but dont do it anyway, indirect . )
69/70 Leaf temp (control with light height, need ir thermometer. )
47 RH ( you need the kind of humidifier that doesnt make heat and then just point the outlet at the tent inlet. try not to push moisture in, let it kinda mix before it sucks in)

.99 VPD Still high but plants are obviously happier. Noticed they started drinking and didnt like the evap'd nutes. 2 waters fresh water no nutes.

Note to future self , slightly tamp down TP soil. I was told years ago not to tamp it down and havent been , which causes severe erosion when watering. I just tamped it down a tiny bit lost an inch of soil but its behaving now.

Am convinced the sparkles on the leaves are transpired nutes evaping leaving salts. VPD is important. Its also tricky.

The big one is taking off. The little one kinda stalled after tp, i suspect its roots are exploring and getting at home. I can still see the leafs getting bigger.

PS anyone find my ramblings useful? throw a like on the post let me know.

Getting the vpd right = explosive growth. she likes water only , resoaked pot in plate of water with 1 drop soap. It was just ph 5.8 nothing more . The big pot was 25% lighter than the littles pot after watering. This means inside there are still pockets of hydrophobic soil. Resoak with out nutes to again condition the soil. Instant results overnight. Could actually see the leafs reaching up.

Deformed leafs were combo of root damage i think, and bad vpd causing the plant to leave salt deposits on its leaves , combined with too much air directly blowing on leafs. Dont use warm water to make soil less hydrophobic. All it does is hurt roots and make weird shit happen.

Reduce nutes to fix my soaking it in concentrated nute juice
apply 50 % humidity to fix vpd
mind air and leaf temp to adjust light
Move fans so the leafs barely move ever. Most of the time they are still. Once and a while they shimmy.

ps happy frog is awesome littles 1 gal pot is hassle free. Just mix the stuff first or u get a bunch of chunks of bark.

Hydrophobic soil. Super lame.

Thank you kindly! I appreciate feedback , sometimes I worry im just high and obsessing over my bebes .

So Mentor says all of the deformities is N toxicity , caused by soaking in evaporating (condensing, ever increasing strength) nute juice. 2waters of just water and shes bright green and going strong.

When I started my first journal on another site I did the same thing you did oh, I noted the height on what day humidity temperature ex. The Journal is for you. What I mean is you are creating notes for your next grow so don't ever think you're obsessing. LOL you put up some pretty good information on your grow.

So there is some of this stuff going around chicago that is hallucinogenic. The first hit , hits like a semi before you are done taking it in. Its the strongest "couchlock" Ive ever experienced. Id take a hit playing video games and be missing for like 2 hours cause id forget what i was doing and get sidetracked and pass out. If you stayed away and keep smoking you have the classic pot visuals like outlines around stuff. I would rank it in the top 3-5 pot ive ever had in 28years or so . 28% on the sticker of that particular blend. Then a 19 and a 16 that were average.

The trick with these is not to herm them. and to check your plant often for the same. I would crack them imo. This is a buddie who i also convinced to try it about eh 4 months back . This guy is a licensed grow and hes smoking the larf and its better than his states .

So , im drying out too much i let my easy pot get salty shit on the sides cause it dried out too much. MEntor says never dry, just keep er moist and it wont nute overdose. Opps.

Lifting pots clus me in to the fact that both were ruggedly dry compared to target.

I spun little around im sure its nonsense but i feel like making it aim at the light every so often is good for it. Its slightly off center and im letting the big one hog a bit of the middle directly under the light because it has more leafs to soak up energies.

Im really having a big problem with erosion when i water. I get a half inch hole about a half inchdeep , on a divit thats about an inch deep. I have to patch and tamp down new dirt each time im told just slow pouring solo cup should be fine but this is a serious problem . I didnt tamp the dirt down and now its biting me .

any ideas to reduce / mitigate that? ive thought about mulching it , or putting wood chips to pour on but i hate the idea of shit decaying in my pot My last idea was to put clay pellets on top but then ive got ph issues again. Could use pea gravel,

In all honesty, that is topping. The object when topping is not to cut the little hairs on the stem because thats where your new growth is coming from. The white line you have in the first pic would be a FEM, if tou cut below the white line that would be a top. Hope the info helped, i have a vid on my channel about topping if you are intrested. As far as erosion, try to invest in a good pump sprayer they usually have them pretty cheap at the hardware store. It seems like you are flooding your pots. When you do that it creates channels in your medium witch wont allow you to properly water your medium. CHEERS!

comical bit of noob thinking , kinda obsessing over it tbh
I injured the plant, and fed it 1/3 rations . I feel like i should give it more nutes.

Falling back on rule number 1.

Let it grow.
