rye bread, sliced turkey, swiss cheese, roasted red peppers, strawberry rhubarb jam (trust me), horse raddish mayo, and a few shakes of chipolte chilli all pressed together and grilled to golden brown perfection in butter in a cast iron pan....dont be stingy with the jam.
