I bought it once because the workers wanted it. I tried a sliver. Tasted like cat food to me.

rye bread, sliced turkey, swiss cheese, roasted red peppers, strawberry rhubarb jam (trust me), horse raddish mayo, and a few shakes of chipolte chilli all pressed together and grilled to golden brown perfection in butter in a cast iron pan....dont be stingy with the jam.

that said, we made a killer sub a while back, Pepperoni, two kinds of salami, provolone and swiss all toasted and melted. YUM! wish I had a pic of it for you
