Big Happy Birthday goes out to Alan Ladd today. A fine actor who really hit the mark with the film Shane. Ladd once commented that the director George Stevens taught him that the pauses in between the dialogue was the real key to getting the most out of a performance. HB Alan!!! HB SHANE!!! Come Back!!
