Does Kamala owe restitution to the (actual) black people she jailed for victimless crimes ?

Have you done a analysis of the people who got arrested and had a charge attacked to it that dealt with marijuana? I haven't.

I think you are most likely talking out of your ass pretending like you have any actual insight into the (far fewer) people arrested and convicted under her time as AG in Cali.
